The youngest heroes of the Asian continent

Thai city of Chonburi hosted the Asian Kurash Youth Championship during 4 days.
More than 100 of the most talented athletes from 12 countries of the Asian continent competed for the title of Asian champion.

the country that surprised all was India, which took a worthy place among other countries at this championship. Indian athletes won 5 silver and 10 bronze medals and returned home with 15 medals.
It should be noted that for the first time in its history, the Indian Kurash Association has won many medals at this level. This is a sign that kurash is becoming one of the most popular sports in India.
Uzbek athletes took first place in medals, winning 13 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals.
Iranian athletes took second place with 2 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze medals, and the Vietnamese national team took third place with 1 gold and 5 silver bronze medals.
Indonesian, South Korean, and Chinese Taipei athletes also returned home with medals.
Due to the pandemic, the championship was broadcast on the Youtube channel by the Kurash Confederation of Asia and Oceania for kurash enthusiasts who missed competitions a lot for several years.
