This “Kurash multimedia manual” is based on the “Kurash International rules, technique and tactics” manual written by Komil Yusupov. The aim of the manual is to teach the history, international rules and tactics of the Kurash sport.
This electronic manual was produced thanks to the Grant rendered by the Republic of Uzbekistan Oliy Majlis’ Public Fund for supporting the non-government non-commercial organization and other institutions of the civil society.
